You can use this function to reassign a number of objects (measures or appropriation requests) that are assigned to an investment program in one step.

The objects cannot be assigned to more than one program position.

The measures and appropriation requests that are to be reassigned all have to belong to the same investment program. They can be moved only within that investment program.

You do not have to reassign all objects that are assigned to a given program position. You can select some of the measures and appropriation requests and reassign only those you have selected.

The reassigned measures retain all of their plan, budget, and actual values. The system automatically makes the necessary adjustments to the plan and budget values on the investment program. However, you do have to do one thing first. You have to make sure that the overall plan value or overall budget value on the sending program position is at least as high as the total of the plan or budget values on the measures and appropriation requests being reassigned.
