Reassign Measures/Approp. Requests.
You see the initial screen of the transaction.
Enter an investment program. Enter the program position from which you want to reassign objects. This is the sending program position. Also enter the new program position for the objects. This is the receiving program position.
There is a group box for Consistent transfer of plan/budget. Here you specify whether the system should automatically modify the plan and budget values on the sending and receiving program positions, as well as the next position above them in the hierarchy.
If you do not want to reassign all the objects belonging to a program position, then select the objects you do want to reassign in the Selection of measures/approp. requests group box. You can use a status selection profile for this purpose.
Start a test run, or execute the function immediately.
The system reassigns all measures and appropriation requests (or those that you selected) belonging to the program position.
