Family Allowance A (0043)
Definition
You use this infotype to record the data from the previous employer. This data is confirmed by the family allowance card (FB Karte). This way you can determine the validity of the data.
If you add a record to this infotype and you then enter a validity period, the system automatically gives you all children from Family/Related Person infotype (0021) who are registered for the time period and who are under 28.
To transfer these children to Family Allowance A infotype (0043), enter the following data:
If you choose List of Children, you reach a list screen that displays all children registered in
Family/Related Person infotype (0021).You can enter new children in Family Allowance A infotype (0043) at any time, by entering the corresponding number of the child (object identification) from Family/Related Person infotype (0021) in the change mode. You can enter up to 20 children for entitlement to the family allowance.
If you enter data for entitled children, the system assumes that you have already entered the child’s basic data in Family/Related Person infotype (0021). This data includes the following:
If you delete a child from Family/Related Person infotype (0021) for which data is also saved in Family Allowance A infotype (0043), the system deletes this child’s data from Family Allowance A infotype (0043) as well.
