Separate Completion of Maintenance Call Dates

Use

You can use the Completion Data indicator For example, you can prevent that every employee who is authorized to complete orders and notifications, uses this data simultaneously to influence the scheduling of maintenance plans.

Prerequisites

In Customizing for Plant Maintenance and Customer Service under Define Maintenance Plan Category, you have set the Completion Date indicator.

Features

You can use the Completion Dates indicator to control the following:

You can activate a separate completion for the maintenance plan for completing the call objects "notification" and "order".

You can use the list edition to activate a dialog for a separate completion of the maintenance plan when completion notifications and orders.

You can use the Business Add-In IWO1_ORDER_BADI to activate additional functionality for completing the call objects "notification" and "order", thereby preventing the data from being transferred to the maintenance plan.
