Use

If a due maintenance call has been called, that is, if the system has generated a maintenance call object (for example, a maintenance order), then the maintenance call receives the status Called.

Function

The maintenance calls then receive the status Completed in the following cases:

Until a maintenance call has the status Completed, the planned date of the maintenance call serves as the basis for scheduling the maintenance plan.

This can lead to the system generating new maintenance calls, without the previous maintenance call having the status Completed.

You can influence the maintenance processing process when you complete notifications and orders, and, for example, prevent every employee who is authorized to complete notifications and orders from using this data simultaneously to influence the scheduling of maintenance plans. For further information, see Separate Completion of Maintenance Call Dates.
