Use
A
multistep task is a formal framework for a workflow definition. When you create a workflow directly in the Workflow Builder, the multistep task is created by the system.Multistep tasks can be divided into
workflow template and workflow tasks.
New multistep tasks must be created as workflow templates. Workflow tasks can no longer be created, but can be edited. There will be no functional enhancements for workflow tasks.
