Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. In the Structure linkProduct Safety menu, choose Reports ® Edit template ® Report template / Cover sheet template / Template for acknowledgement of receipt.
  2. Enter your Structure linkselection criteria and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  3. Select all phrases in the document template search hit list that you want to export and choose <Object> template ® Export.

    4. The Report Template: Export Parameters dialog box appears.

  4. Check the data and overwrite it if necessary. Enter other data as required.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The SAP System displays the name of the background job it has started.
