Prerequisites

See the Prerequisites section under Export: Process.

Procedure

  1. In the Structure linkProduct Safety menu, choose Specifications ® Edit specifications.
  2. Choose one of the following procedures:

A set of specifications appears in the form of a hit list.
  1. Select all specifications in the hit list that you want to export, and choose Specification ® Data exchange ® Export.

    2. The Export Specification: Parameters dialog box appears.

  2. Check the data and enter an exchange profile if necessary.
  3. To update the display, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

    4. If necessary, you can enter the data manually.

  4. If you want to schedule the job for a certain time, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Start time.
  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The SAP System displays the name of the background job it has started.
