You can use several additional functions to edit selected reports. To select a report, position the cursor and choose .

Utilities ® Change print parameters |
If you want to print a report by choosing Report ® Print, you can enter the print parameters here. After you exit the transaction, the SAP System uses the print parameters defined in System ® User profile ® Own data. |
Utilities ® Change default key |
A dialog box appears in which you can choose a default work area and a default material. The SAP System saves the default material in your user parameters. You can display these parameters by choosing System ® User profile ® Own data. |
Utilities ® Change initiator |
A dialog box appears in which you can choose an initiator. The SAP System saves the initiator in your user parameters. |
If you call a report template in display mode only, Word is called without the WWI menu option.
If you display a document in print preview, you must close it before you can display a second document from the R/3 session. If you do not, an error message is displayed.
