Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. In the Product Safety screen, choose Reports ® Edit reports ® General (or Validate, Release, Versioning, Set to historical) or Report information system.
  2. Enter your search criteria.
  3. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. If the SAP System finds one or more reports that match your search criteria, the Report Management: Report Tree screen appears.

  5. Select two reports using This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  6. Choose Extras ® Report comparison.

Result

Depending on your PC installation, Word is started, for example. The report you selected first is displayed and the differences between it and the second report are marked.

Note

You can compare any two selected reports. If you select one report only, the SAP System compares it automatically with its released previous version.
