Prerequisites

You copy phrases within one library.

Procedure

  1. In the Product Safety menu or in Structure linkDangerous Goods Management choose Phrase ® Edit phrase.
  2. Enter your search criteria (see Searching for Phrases) and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  3. In the hit list, select the phrases you want to copy.

    4. Note

    You can only copy one phrase at a time.

  4. Choose Phrase ® Copy template.

The Copy from... screen dialog box appears.
  1. In the Target phr. field, enter a new phrase key or leave the Target phr. field blank if the SAP System is to assign a key.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The phrase copied is added to the hit list with the new phrase key.

Result

The phrase is copied together with all phrase texts.

Assignments to phrase sets and phrase references are not copied.
