Use

Several items of different Operational WCDs can use the same operational tag. This means, the number of this operational tag can be made available to other items of the same technical object. The operational tag is, therefore, not printed more than once, just referenced more than once in the different Operational WCDs and affixed just once on site.

Prerequisites

In Customizing for Work Clearance Management you have defined the following:

The criteria, in which a previously affixed operational tag must correspond to an operational tag to be printed for another Operational WCD, so that is can also be used more than once.

You have activated the multiple usage for operational tags in the respective usage of the Operational WCDs.

Features

When an operational tag is printed, it is available for various items to be switched.

If you deactivate an item or close an Operational WCD, you get an overview of the operational tags that are no longer necessary. At these times the system checks whether an operational tag is required elsewhere or should be removed from location.

The two symbols displayed This graphic is explained in the accompanying text (for the tag and the test tag) have the following meanings:

The symbol means, that an operational tag was already printed and is at your disposal.

The symbol means that the operational tag is reference from at least one other item.
