Use

Using the TRM Alert Monitor, you can release force skipped tasks, enabling them to be executed by an appropriate resource.

Prerequisites

You can only release tasks with the status of 02 Hold.

Procedure

  1. From the hierarchy tree, display the Problematic Tasks alerts located under Business Objects.
  1. From the ALV, select the row corresponding to the force skipped task that you want to release.
  1. From the ALV tool bar, choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  1. Choose Release from the pop-up menu.

The Task Release dialog box appears, displaying the relevant force skipped task (selected) and, in the case of task bundles, the other tasks in the bundle (not selected).
  1. If any of the other tasks in the bundle have been force skipped, you can select them also by choosing the corresponding rows in the task list.
  1. Save to release the task or tasks.

Result

The relevant tasks are given the status of 01 Available and disappear from the Alert Monitor when its display is refreshed.
