Use

You can have the system display the archiving status for a certain loan position. You receive information about the reorganization level of individual loans or about the mean value of the loan-specific archiving key dates for the position selected, for example.

Procedure

  1. Choose Position Management ® Periodic Processing ® Reorganization ® Archiving ® Display Archiving Status.
  2. Enter your selection criteria and execute the report.

Result

Using the Structure linkALV Grid Control , the system displays details of the status for the loan position selected, such as the number of archived loan items or the mean value of the Specified Archiving Key Date.

In addition, each loan with archived documents is listed with more detailed data, such as the calculation key date of the last loan document archiving or the reorganization level.
