Using the Retrieval Function (PP-PI)

Procedure

Choose Logistics ® Production - Process ® Process Order Tools ® DB Archiving ® Process Order.

The initial screen for archiving process orders appears.

Choose Retrieval.

The system lists all archive files.

Select the required archive file(s) and choose Continue.

The system displays the selected orders.

For each order, you can display operation-related detail information.

Note

Alternatively, you can also use Retrieval 2. You then obtain a display that is analogous to the production orders, but without PI sheets.
