  1. Choose Logistics ® Production ® Production control ® Tools ® Archiving ® Orders.

    2. The initial screen for archiving production orders is then displayed.

  2. Choose Retrieval.
  3. Enter the selection criteria.
  4. If you use an archive information structure, continue with 5. To do so, the archive information structure SAP_PP_ORER001 must be active in the archive information system.

    5. Otherwise, choose Archive Selection, select the required archive file(s) and choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

  5. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.

The selected orders are then displayed in the Order Information System.
