You

customer metadata,
or you only use the metadata provided by SAP.
...
1. Access the transaction as follows:

Transaction code |
HRFORMS |
2.
Choose
Create.
The R/3 System inserts a new line in the list of existing HR forms. The name, country grouping, and form class columns are ready for input.
3. Enter the name of the HR form, and select the country grouping and form class.
The name (less than 16 characters; no special characters) must be unique in the R/3 System. If both entries are without error, the R/3 System creates the HR form.
4. If you want to build the InfoNet, choose Enter.
The Create Object Directory Entry dialog box is displayed.
5. Enter the required values.
This takes you to the editor, which enables you to edit the structure for the form.
On the left side of the editor, you see an overview tree. This tree contains the MetaNet, that is, all of the available Human Resource data. On the right side, you see a node for the InfoNet, which is still empty and contains no objects.
6. Create your InfoNet, which contains the required InfoStars, InfoDimensions, and InfoFigures.
To edit, use Drag&Drop.
7.
Choose
Save.

After you have finished designing the form, you must activate the HR form in the Forms Workplace before starting the print program.
You have created a new form. You must then continue by designing the InfoNet in more detail.
