Use

You use the directory in the MetaNet to select the information to be printed later, and then store it in the InfoNet. To select HR data, you use Drag&Drop to drag MetaStars, MetaDimensions, and MetaFigures from the left overview tree to the right overview tree. An InfoStar is created from a MetaStar, an InfoDimension is created from a MetaDimension, and an InfoFigure is created from a MetaFigure.

Prerequisites

You are in the Forms Workplace, or access the Workplace.

Procedure

1.   Access the transaction as follows:

  1. On the HR Forms - Overview screen, select the HR form you want to change.
  2. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Change.

    3. The Change HR Form screen is displayed.

  3. In the left overview tree, choose Expand MetaNet This graphic is explained in the accompanying text. In the right overview tree, choose Expand InfoNet This graphic is explained in the accompanying text.
  4. In the MetaNet, place the cursor on the item of information (such as an InfoStar) that you want to include in the InfoNet.
  5. Use Drag&Drop to drag the information into the InfoNet.
  6. You can select more than one item of information and then drag them together into the InfoNet using Drag&Drop.
  7. You can rename InfoStars, but no other objects.
  8. Edit individual items of information, if necessary. To do so, use selections (for example).
  9. Choose This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Save.

Result

You have selected the information to be printed later on the form.
