Use

An investment program is not required in order to report on the plan values and master data of appropriation requests.

To find measures and appropriation requests that are not yet assigned to an investment program position, choose Programs ® Environment ® Tools ® Measures/Approp. Requests Not Assigned to Investment Program (refer to Reporting from Investment Program Viewpoint).

Features

The following reports are in the standard report tree for appropriation requests (IMFR).

Value Lists and Totals Lists

These reports display the plan values of appropriation requests with sub-totals. Like the reports from the investment program viewpoint, these reports are based on the drilldown functions of the R/3 System (refer to Basic Drilldown Reporting Functions ). They are especially suited for reporting at a highly summarized level.

Note

In the standard system, these reports are in the controlling area currency, since the system always stores the complete budget, plan, and assigned values in this currency.
However, you can enter a different reporting currency for the given report on its initial screen. The system then determines for each object (appropriation request, internal order or WBS element) if the reporting currency is the same as the object currency:

Master Data Lists

These reports display the master data of appropriation requests along with their plan values, without sub-totals. These reports are not based on the drilldown functions of the R/3 System. They are normal ABAP reports. The lists are intended for reporting without summarization. In the list display you can use all of the functions of the ABAP List Viewer. For more information, see ABAP List Viewer in the R/3 library under CA Cross-Application Components ® General Application Functions.

The percentage distribution referred to here is the percentages that you can enter for certain master data fields (such as reason for investment) for a proportional distribution. For more information see Master Data at the Appropriation Request Level .

Rejected Appropriation Requests

In the standard system, rejected appropriation requests are also selected and displayed in reports. However, using status selection profile SAPIM01, you can limit the selection to appropriation requests that have not been rejected. You can also add this status selection profile to a selection variant.
