Prerequisites

The appraisal has been prepared.

Procedure

Call up the appraisal for which you want to print out an appraisal sheet.

You should decide which of the following scenarios applies to you:

In the second scenario, you can also select individual appraisals. Since individual appraisals do not involve performing subappraisals, only the appraisal sheet for the individual appraisal is printed out.

Proceed as follows:

To print out an appraisal sheet for an individual appraisal:

To print out appraisal sheets for all subappraisals:

    1. Work through the steps described in the procedure Evaluating Appraisals (in Edit mode), and select the In preparation and Individual and overall appraisals or Subappraisals flags.
    2. A list of appraisals appears.

    3. Select the appraisal you want, and choose Edit ® Appraisal ® List.
    4. The Appraisals: List screen appears.

    5. Choose Settings ® Editing options.
    6. The Appraisals: List screen appears.

    7. Select the Appraisal sheet flag.
    8. If applicable, in the No. lines for notes field, specify how many note lines should be inserted under each appraisal element.
    9. Choose Continue.
    10. The Appraisals: List screen appears.

    11. Choose List ® Print.
    12. The Print List screen appears.

    13. Choose Output ® Print.
    1. Choose Human resources ® Personnel management ® Personnel development ® Profile ® Change.
    2. The Change Profile screen appears.

    3. Enter the required data for the appraisee’s profile, and choose Profile ® Execute.
    4. The <Object type>: Change Profile (<Data selection period>) screen appears.

    5. Select the Appraisals Where Appraisee tab page.
    6. Select the appraisal you want, and choose Appraisals ® Change.
    7. Choose Appraisal ® Print appraisal sheet.
    8. The Appraisals: List screen appears.

    9. Select the Appraisal sheet flag.
    10. If applicable, in the No. lines for notes field, specify how many lines should be inserted for notes.
    11. Choose Continue.
    12. The Print Parameters dialog box appears.

    13. Choose Print.
  1. Perform the appraisal using the appraisal sheet.
  2. Enter the appraisal results in the system. To do this, proceed as described in Holding an Individual Appraisal or Holding a Subappraisal.

Result

You have performed the appraisal.
