Importing a Queue
Use
The Support Package Manager offers you two scenarios for importing Support Packages or queues:
Use the test scenario before the actual import to determine if conflicts or problems arise (for example, repairs that have not been released), or if a modification adjustment is necessary.
This scenario helps you to estimate and minimize the time and effort needed to import Support Packages. This scenario does not import any actual data into the system and if an error occurs, you can continue the import without correcting the error.
You must choose the test scenario explicitly.

Note that after the test scenario has run, the queue is empty and you must define it again. You then have to choose the standard scenario explicitly.
The standard scenario imports all Support Packages in the queue. If an error occurs, you can only continue with and complete the import if you remove the error.
If you choose the standard scenario, you can choose between the normal import method, or an

Procedure
You can also use this function to restart a terminated import.
The status line informs you of the progress of the import and the current steps of the Support Package Manager. You may have to perform a modification adjustment during the import (with transactions SPDD or SPAU).
If you import with the standard scenario, you must adjust Dictionary objects immediately (with transaction SPDD). You can choose to ignore the adjustment of Repository objects now and do it later (with transaction SPAU), when you are following up the import of a Support Package. (
