Use

This utility deletes the data from the temporary archive retrieval tables.

After clearing the data from the temporary archive retrieval tables, the data is no longer available for extraction.

Prerequisites

You must have the appropriate authorization to clear retrieved data.

Procedure

Note

The data extraction utility uses the retrieval tables for extracting and retaining previously archived data. Make sure you extract the necessary data before clearing those tables.
  1. In the main DART screen, choose Utilities ® Clear retrieved data.
  2. Choose Yes at the Clear previous retrieved data message box.

Result

Clearing retrieved data deletes the temporary retrieval tables created with the archive retrieval utility.
