Use

For each agent for which you have created a risk assessment, you can perform a risk evaluation. To do this, you specify the probability and severity of each agent.

For each probability and severity „pair," the system determines the corresponding rating in the background. The rating is not displayed but it is taken into account when the main rating is calculated.

Which ratings the system assigns depends on the settings you made in Customizing for Industrial Hygiene and Safety under Set Up Risk Matrix.

Activities

To perform a risk evaluation, proceed as follows:

  1. Call the required risk assessment and navigate to the This graphic is explained in the accompanying text Assessment function.

    2. The Edit Risk Assessment: Assessment screen appears.

  2. Assign the required values for the respective risk assessment number in the Severity and Probability fields and save.
