Procedure

  1. From the SAP Easy Access menu, choose Logistics ® Quality Management ® Stability Study ® Stability Study ® Change.
  2. The initial screen for changing a stability study appears.

  3. On the initial screen, enter the key of the stability study you want to process and then choose Enter.
  4. The screen for changing the stability study data appears.

  5. In the action box on the right side of the screen, choose the follow-up function Specify Additional Storage Conditions.

Note

If you have already created a testing schedule for the stability study, an information message appears to inform you that you must also manually maintain the new storage conditions in the testing schedule. In this case, choose Continue to proceed to the second dialog box for selecting the new storage conditions.

If you have not created a testing schedule, the dialog box for selecting the storage conditions appears immediately.

  1. Select the storage conditions you want to add to the stability study.
  2. Enter a physical-sample quantity for each storage condition you selected.
  3. Note

The quantity you enter for a storage condition will be multiplied by the number of planned tests for the storage condition when you print the storage list, in order to calculate a proposal for the sample quantity to be stored. It is therefore recommended that you enter a default quantity for the storage condition, which would be needed to test the storage condition exactly once.

  4. Choose one of the following options in the dialog box, depending on how you want to proceed:
