You can create a where-used list in the proposal pool to find all instances in which a specific translation is used in specific object types in the R/3 System.

You can access the where-used list as follows:

• From transaction STMP

• From the short text editor

You can use the Where-Used List to search for the following object types:

• User Interfaces
• Screen Painter Texts
• Screen Painter Headers
• Data elements
• Domains
• Fixed Values for Domains
• Messages.

There are three different search options available:

• Monolingual
  This search finds all objects that use a source text identical to the one you are searching for, regardless of how the text has been translated.
• Bilingual (source and same target)
  This search finds all objects that use a source and target text identical to the ones you are searching for. For example, all objects where Vorgang has been translated as Operation.
• Bilingual (source and different target)
  This search finds all objects that use a source text identical to the one you are searching for, and a target text that is different to the one you specify. For example, all objects where Vorgang has been has been used, except when it has been translated as Operation.

• The system displays the where-used list in a separate session in the form of a worklist. The objects can be edited directly from this worklist.
• You can display the status of all of the objects in the worklist by choosing Calculate translation status.
