Single Print Programs
Use
The output of a single print document is for one object only (such as a
contract.) However, depending on the correspondence activity used, multiple documents can be created with each output activity.Prerequisites
In Customizing, define the correspondence applications required for each object type. Choose the following path in the application menu:

If you press 
with Quick Info Print Preview, you can display the master data sheet of the correspondence application. This page display gives you a quick overview of the complete object data.
These function keys are only displayed if a correspondence application has been activated for the object type (see prerequisites).
Single print programs contain the same tabs as mass print programs apart from objects and partners, as you enter this data when you process the objects. The document list is stored in another tab.
