Prerequisites
Customizing
You have to make the settings in Customizing for Flexible Real Estate. To do so, choose the following path in the application menu:
Customizing ® Flexible Real Estate Management ® Correspondence ® Office Application (Single Print) ® Basic Settings and Document Templates
There you can select from a number of predefined forms. These forms have to be stored on your PC and assigned as document templates in Customizing.
You assign the document templates in the Business Document Navigator by choosing
Document Templates. In the Create tab, select the document type by double-clicking on it. In the next screen, choose the document template that you wish to create and store on your PC.
Activities
You are processing a
Real Estate object. ChooseIn the office application, you can modify the document as required. You can then print the document, print and store it, or simply store it.
