Real estate objects in the strictest sense are:

• Architectural object

• Business entity

• Property

• Building

• Rental object

The following objects are also real estate objects:

• Real estate contract

• Cost collector for settlement unit

All of these, except the architectural object, are CO objects to which account assignment can be made.
