Navigation Area 

Use

When you process Real Estate objects, a special navigation area is available on the left-hand side of the screen.

A help text about the given application is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen. You can hide this text or replace it with a background graphic by choosing:

 Extras ® Settings ® Navigation

You can switch the help text on and off on each tab page by choosing  Information.

Architectural object

 

Navigation

Display of the data of the selected architectural object. 

From the navigation area, you can jump directly to detailed information on the object, without having to use the tabs in the detail area.

 

Overview

Display of the entire architectural hierarchy in which the object is contained.

You can jump directly from the overview to any architectural object in the hierarchy.

 

Arch. Object

Search function for already existing architectural objects.

a)       Direct object selection: Search is independent of hierarchy

b)       Selection by hierarchy: Search is based on hierarchy

 

Example: Rental Object

 

Navigation

Display of the data of the selected rental object. 

From the navigation area, you can jump directly to detailed information on the object, without having to use the tabs in the detail area.

 

Obj. Selection

Display of all rental objects included in a business entity.

After you select a business entity, its entire hierarchy is displayed, beginning with the company code down to the level of the rental objects. If the business entity includes pooled spaces, any rental spaces that have already been extracted are also displayed.

You can go from the object selection directly to the detailed display of the rental object by double-clicking on the object. Choose  Change to go to change mode.

 

 

Example: Real Estate contract

 

Pool

You can save a certain number of contracts in the pool (worklist) by area of responsibility. From there you can select contracts for processing. You can change the settings for the pool by choosing:

Extras ® Settings

Find

Search function for contracts based on the assigned partners or objects.

 

Resubmission

On this tab page, you can call up those contracts that were designated for resubmisson (Resubmission tab). The selection is time-dependent.

 

Navigation

Display of the data of the selected real estate contract.

·        Posting parameters

·        Contract conditions

·        Option rate determination method

·        Processes for contract (notice, renewal)

·        Overviews (payment-related and object-related cash flow)

You can jump directly to the detail view for any of these by double-clicking on the node.

 

Activities

You can change the size of the navigation area by pressing the buttons  Set to minimum size ,  Minimize,  Maximize and  Set to maximum size. You can also switch the navigation area on and off by choosing  Show/Hide Navigation at the top of the screen.
