• You must create a line hierarchy and maintain the production rates/takt times.
• You must select Sequencing in the initial screen of the planning table.

The planned orders that are already assigned to a production line in the planning table are already dispatched in the sequence schedule and are displayed in the section of the screen for dispatched orders. In the graphic, you can dispatch the planned orders that have not yet been assigned to a production line. Deallocating and Reassigning Functions for planned orders are also provided.

The header of the line hierarchy is usually displayed in the sequence schedule.
If you have a sort buffer between line segments, you can define line segments as visualization segments instead. Then the system displays these line segments in the sequence schedule.

To access the sequence schedule, start from the REM planning table and choose Sequencing ® Activate graphic.
