Display Planned Order 

Use

You can display planned orders using the individual display or using the collective display.

Procedure

Individual Display

  1. Starting from the MRP node, choose Planned order ® Display ® Individual display.
  2. The initial screen for the individual display appears.

  3. Enter the number of the corresponding planned order and choose .

The detail screen for the planned order appears.

Collective Display

In the collective display, the system displays all of the planned orders corresponding to your selection criteria collectively, for example, all the planned orders of a particular MRP controller.

  1. Starting from the MRP node, choose Planned order ® Display ® Collective display.
  2. The initial screen for the collective display appears.

    You can search for planned orders by MRP controller, material, production version, production line or WBS element.

    For example, the following is based on the option of searching for planned orders by MRP controller.

  3. Select MRP controller and choose Find.
  4. The system displays a dialog box.

  5. Enter the Plant and the MRP controller.
  6. If you want to narrow the selection down further, enter a date up until which planned orders are to be displayed.

  7. Choose .

The system displays a list of all the planned orders that fulfill your selection criteria.

In a dialog box, you must confirm the deletion of the planned orders once again.

Sort list

Before pressing the button, position the cursor on the column that you wish to use to sort the list.

Convert planned order

Convert to production order, Convert to purchase requisition, Convert to process order

If you change or convert planned orders from this list, the system displays the planned order as firm (X in the Firming column).
