In the following sections, you define the process instruction categories for the R/3 PI sheet and make the corresponding settings for them using the characteristic overview.
When creating a process instruction in the master recipe or process order, you must assign it to a process instruction category. Thus, the settings you make here serve as a reference for the process instruction. Except for the process instruction type, you can, however, change all settings in the process instruction.
