Make sure that all IDoc files have been transferred to the third-party payroll service provider before you write another IDoc to the Outsourcing port.

Each time you prepare an IDoc to send to the Outsourcing port, you automatically overwrite the existing file. Make sure that you and your third-party payroll service provider have set up a workable schedule for creating the IDoc data as well as making sure that the third-party payroll service provider has retrieved the IDoc.
