An access sequence is a message determination strategy used by the system to determine valid values for the message default.
Use
An access sequence
Determines the order in which the condition tables are searched for messages. You can define that if the search is successful, no further access sequence condition tables will be processed (Exclusive indicator).
Assigns fields in the communication structure to keys in condition tables (= tableaccess). The contents of the communication structures are used to read the condition table and find a record (therefore one message). If the table is accessed successfully, the record may be edited in the condition table and becomes a message status record in the NAST table.
