Displaying All Key Figures 

You can use the function All key figures to display (for one characteristic value in your results list or the totals line) all the key figures in the information structure on which your analysis is based.
This allows you to get a quick overview of all of the key figure values for a certain characteristic value.

Example: Displaying All Key Figures

If you want to display the values of all of the key figures for a specific characteristic value, proceed as follows:

  1. Position the cursor on the characteristic value for which you wish to display a list of all of the key figures.
  2. Select Extras ® All key figures (or double click on a desired key figure column).

A dialog box appears showing all key figures and their values for the selected characteristic value.

By using the function Next charact. value, you can display all of the key figure values for the next characteristic value in the list, without leaving the dialog box.

You can use the Send function to send the list containing all of the key figures via SAPoffice. The list can be sent with or without comments. This is described in Sending Lists.
