Executing a Key Figure Comparison 

To compare two key figures with one another, proceed as follows:

  1. Position the cursor on the key figure in the list for which you want to perform a key figure comparison.
  2. Select Edit ® Comparisons ® Two key figures.

    3. A dialog box appears with a list of key figures that can be used in a comparison.

  3. Select the key figure you require using the function Select (or double-click with the mouse) and press ENTER .

Additional Functions in the Dialog Box Containing the Comparison Data

You can use the function Send to send the list containing all the key figures via SAPoffice. You can find the procedure this in Sending Lists.

You can use the Graphics function to view a graph of all the key figure values that are shown in the list, i.e, both the values of the key figures that are compared and their difference are displayed graphically.
