Entering Data in Financial Reporting Tables
Certain financial reporting data for consolidation is entered into tables. This takes place in the Consolidation menu under
Indiv.Fin.Stmts. ® Data transfer. You can also make an automated entry for changes in investments and investee equity data (see also General Information on Table Maintenance, section Consolidation of Investments). You must define a data entry form for each table in the Implementation Guide
in the section "Individual Financial Statement Data" at the definition of data entry forms. You should specify the following when you define a form:Please refer to the list below for the table name.
You can now use the blocking indicator in Data Entry Form Definition to specify at which callup-point table entry is possible (see also
Defining Data Entry Forms).
Although you define data entry forms, you do not use them to make a table entry. Instead the table entry function mentioned above must be used. Data entry forms are needed to maintain the blocking indicator.
