Procedure
The Phrase Search dialog box appears.

You can search for the text for the required phrase:
Protection of first-aiders For effective first-aid, special training/education is needed, etc. |
The system lists all phrases that correspond to the search criteria in the Filter field for the selected phrase library and group.
Word inserts the symbol for the phrase in the report template.
