Processing the Generation Variant Hit List 

  1. From the Product Safety screen, choose Reports ® Edit or Display GenVariants.

    2. The initial screen appears.

  2. Enter your search critiera on the initial screen (See: Searching for Generation Variants): and choose Variant ® Navigation ® Hit list.

    3. If the R/3 System finds data records that correspond to your search criteria, the hit list appears.

  3. Select the variants you want to process.

    4. Selected phrases can be processed using the functions from the Edit menu.

  4. You process substances further by choosing the functions in the Goto menu.
