Use

You may omit this processing group if you wish. This is where you define the page header for the BOM. This is output at the start of every page. You can specify page numbers, the date, the name of a processing group, and other information to describe the BOM.

The following identifiers can be called up in the header rows:

Rows with group totals (#~group[Identifier]~) are suppressed on the first page of a group, and rows with overall totals (#~total[Identifier]~) are suppressed on the first page of the BOM. If other fields are defined for output in rows like these, the totals are replaced with blank spaces.
