Use
You can archive process orders that are no longer needed in the system using the archiving program. Archiving writes data to the archive files and then deletes the data from the database if the operation was successful.
You can use archiving object PR_ORDER to archive process orders.
Usually, archive files are created and data is deleted in the same job. However, you can also carry out these steps separately (refer to
Deleting Process Orders (PP-PI)).
