Starting the Deletion Program - Process Orders (PP-PI) 

Procedure

Normally, data is deleted from the database immediately after the archive files are created. This means you can only run the deletion program manually if archive files were created and data was not deleted.
  1. Choose Logistics ® Production - Process ® Process Order ® Tools ® DB Archiving ® Process Order.

    2. The initial screen for archiving process orders appears.

  2. Choose Delete.
  3. Select one or more archive files.
  4. Enter the start date.
  5. Enter the spool parameters.

If you set the Test run indicator, data is not deleted from the database. The system only creates a log.
  1. Choose Execute.
