The <Object> menu is a pull-down menu at task level. It contains the actions which affect an object as a whole. This includes the functions for requesting, saving, printing, deleting, and closing objects.

This pull-down menu is obligatory. It is always the leftmost item in the menu bar. The name of the object that was chosen on the next higher level (application level) is used as a menu bar option.
