Integrated Daily Wage (Infotype 0372) 

Definition

In this infotype (0372) all the updates for the integrated daily wage are stored, which can only be generated by the processes model ‘Integrated daily wage’ (SAPMXSDI).

In order to generate a record in the previously mentioned Integrated daily wage infotype (0372) generate the processes model This infotype is automatically maintained and cannot be modified by the user.

Use

This infotype conserves the fixed integrated daily wage and the variable integrated daily wage, contribution base wage, which are used in the calculation of bases and Social Insurance and Infonavit contributions, Infonavit credits, IMSS notifications and how to take them into account in payroll accounting.

Structure

The ‘Integrated Daily Wage’ infotype (0372) consists of the following groups of fields:

Infotype reg. no. This is the consecutive number that is assigned to the different records that there are for the same day.

Integrated daily wage

Daily wage: Employee daily wage amount.

Fixed integrated wage: Integrated daily wage amount with fixed elements.

Variable integrated wage: Integrated daily wage amount with variable elements.

Contribution minimum wage: Sum of fixed integrated daily wage plus the variable integrated daily wage, taking legal limits into consideration.

Type of change: Specify the type of notification that will be made for the IMSS when there is some relevant change. This could include:

Currency: Currency key in which the amounts are calculated in the system.

This group of fields is maintained by means of the processes model for the integrated daily wage.

Notification

Notification date: Date when the notification is made for the IMSS.

Not. Date for starting new employer registration number. IMSS notification date for an employee’s changed employer registration number. This is maintained by the IMSS notifications report, when the last employer registration number belonging to the employess is specified.

 

 

This field group is maintained when processing Social Insurance notifications.

Within this infotype it is only possible to delete the notification date when the employee starts, stops or changes his/her integrated daily wage. When the employee has a change in his/her employer registration number, there is also the notification date for starting a new employer registration number, which can also be deleted.
