For Release 3.0A, the "business area allocation" (program RFGAUF00) is replaced by the functions adjustment" as well as business area/profit center adjustment".

With the "subsequent business area/profit center adjustment", the system already analyzes when posting a document as to whether a subsequent adjustment is necessary. Only documents marked this way are taken into account in subsequent further processing.
For documents which were posted in a release prior to 3.0A, this analysis and note must be made up for now. For this, the subfunction "Subsequent business area/profit center adjustment - Set up" is available.

If you require "Subsequent adjustment", activate the "Business area adjustment" field in the corresponding company code before posting the first document. If you have forgotton to do this, you can use the subfunction "Subsequent business area/profit center adjustment - Set up" (see above).
In the "business area allocation", so far a separate clearing account could be specified for every business area. It was to allow to be able to show relationships between individual business areas.
This functionality is moved to the "consolidation of business areas" for Release 3.0A. This way, only one business area-independent clearing account is needed. You must include this entry in the account determination.
