Activities
Applicant data is transferred from Recruitment to Personnel Administration via mass processing. In the two-level concept, the data transfer is first carried out for the applicant, and then, the planned applicant activities Transfer applicant data and Hiring date, both of which must have been carried out for the data transfer to take place, are set to completed.
In Personnel Administration, the personnel action for transferring applicant data is assigned to an infogroup. If there is relevant applicant data stored for the individual infotypes in the infogroup, this data is proposed for transfer as each infotype is processed. Where necessary, you can overwrite the default values or enter missing data.
