Setting Planned Activities to Completed 

Prerequisites

After data transfer has taken place, the planned actions Transfer applicant data and Hire applicant must be set to Completed.

 

Setting the Planned Activity Transfer Applicant Data to Completed

  1. From the SAP Easy Access screen, choose Human resources ® Personnel Management ® Recruitment ® Applicant Activity ® Transfer Applicant Date ® Complete Activities..
  2. The Recurring Tasks: Completed Activities After Data Transfer screen appears.

  3. Enter the desired selection criteria, and choose ..
  4. The Recurring Tasks: Completed Activities After Data Transfer screen appears.

  5. Select the applicants for whom data transfer has been carried out.
  6. Choose Complete activity.
  7. The Recurring Tasks: Completed Activities After Data Transfer screen appears.

  8. Select all the applicant activities listed.
  9. Choose Complete activity.

Result

All selected applicant actions are set to Completed.

 

Setting the Planned Activity Hire applicant to Completed

To set the planned activity Hire applicant to Completed for an applicant after data transfer, follow the procedure in Changing the Status of an Applicant Activity .
