Generating Averages and Ranking Lists for Appraisals 

Prerequisites

It really only makes sense to calculate averages and generate a ranking list for appraisals if the appraisals in question were all created on the basis of the same appraisal model.

Procedure

  1. Perform the steps described in the procedure Evaluating Appraisals (Display mode).

    2. A list of appraisals appears.

  2. Select the appraisals you want.

To calculate the average

To generate a ranking list

Choose Edit ® Appraisal ® Average.

The Appraisals: Average screen appears.

Choose Edit ® Appraisal ® Ranking list.

The Appraisals: Ranking List screen appears.
