At this point, you want to delete your plan data so you can execute the scenario again and start with a clean (empty) plan version. Once you delete your plan data, you can use your plan version to re-execute this scenario. You can then immediately start with the procedure Copying a Plan with Revaluation.

1. Call up the transaction as follows:

Menu Path	From the Planning node, choose Automatic Planning ® Delete.
Transaction Code	KE1C

2. Enter the following data:

Field	Data
From period	001.2000
To period	012.2000
Version	Number of your version
Record type	F
Test run	deselect

3. Choose Selection Criteria.

The system displays a list of all possible characteristics. Here, you can choose whether you want to delete the complete plan or only selected segments. For the purpose of this demonstration, you want to delete the entire plan. Therefore, use an * for all characteristics.

4. Choose Value fields.

All value fields are selected by default. Do not deselect any value fields. You want to delete all value fields from your new plan version.

5. To delete your plan, choose .

The system displays an overview.

6. Choose until the overview tree appears.
