Purpose
In the preparation phase, many details that are required for holding the appraisal have to be determined.

The appraisal is prepared by a person commissioned to do so. This person does not necessarily have to be one of the appraisers defined for the appraisal in question.
The following information is required:

In the case of multisource appraisals, a period can be specified for each appraiser/subappraisal.

The weighting plays a role when the overall result is being calculated. In the standard system, weightings are only taken into account in the following calculation methods:

There are two possible scenarios in this case:
The information that is copied should be checked over and, if necessary, changed.
Appraisal details can be changed until preparation of the appraisal has been completed, or the appraisal has been held, and saved in the system.
